“Wow” Moments in Commercial Painting

Over 30 years of experience and hundreds of commercial painting projects completed

Unexpected Game Changers At Your Painting Site

If you’re a business owner, you know that “you get what you pay for.”  There is nothing wrong with that.  Every service has a price; every expectation has a process.  If you pay more, you hope to get more, and if you pay less, you realize you may need to sacrifice a couple of things.

Still, you always want a little bit more, don’t you?  Deep down, you realize that a little bit extra shouldn’t be out of the question.  We call those “Wow” moments.  When you realize you got more than a great deal!

Maybe you run your business like that, and you’re looking to see if the people you do business with run theirs that way, too.  If you’ve recently completed or are looking to take on a commercial painting project, like a facility exterior refresh, a new site construction project, warehousing painting, or office space remodeling, you want some “Wow” moments, too.

In commercial painting, the “wow” moments often go beyond the surface and the paint. Here are some things to look for that might not be spelled out in the commercial painting contract but sure are nice when they happen anyway:

Minimal Disruption:
A smooth and well-coordinated painting project that doesn’t interrupt daily operations or cause inconvenience is often overlooked but highly appreciated. A commercial painting company that realizes they are there to help improve your business, not get in the way of it, is the one you’re looking for.

Attention to Detail:
Crisp lines, perfectly finished edges, and consistent coverage in hard-to-reach areas can leave a lasting impression. The line is not so fine between “good enough” and ‘Wow.” Go for “Wow”!  We do!

Color Expertise:
You might think this comes with the package, but even the slightest shortcut in paint color selection and delivery can throw off the final result.  You may not notice it when all is said and done, but your brand is your brand, and colors matter.

On-Site Appearance:
What happens at your place of business is representing your place of business.  That goes for the appearance and professionalism of any paint, construction crew, or service organization.  A “Wow” moment happens when you realize that you didn’t pay extra for an organization that cares about your reputation and shows up like it.

Post-Project Cleanup and Care:
This is a big one.  Because if this isn’t a “Wow’ moment, it’s a big dud.  A job isn’t complete until it’s clean. At Uni Pro Painting, done means “stay and finish well.” Not “time to go.”

On-Time/On-Budget
Keeping your word and meeting expectations should be part of the deal, not considered “Wow” moments. Your project should come in on time and within the constraints of the budget.  Unfortunately, that isn’t always the case, and that’s too bad.  So go ahead and say “Wow” when your expectations for excellence are met because it just feels good!

One more thing about “Wow” moments.  A good commercial painter will deliver them the first time.  But then, for repeat projects, you’re already expecting them.  A GREAT commercial painter will keep “wowing” you every time they show up.  Invite the great ones back.
