We’ll start by washing the walls with high-pressure water to provide a clean substrate for the coating application. Then we’ll use a solvent to wipe the expansion joints and remove any residues that may interfere with coating adhesion.
As we move on to the prime phase, we’ll properly apply a high-quality masonry primer that will help with preventing any staining on the concrete surface and creating a smooth base coat for the finishes.

When you reach out to us through our website or via phone, we’ll gather some basic information and ask you to send us some pictures of your space, so we can have a better understanding of your project.
At this time, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss what’s important to you, such as timelines, expectations, and cost.
Scheduling And Paint Work
Once we’ve decided that we’re a fit for your needs, your project may require a site visit. At the site visit, we’ll talk about the details of your project in greater detail and discuss coating options, sequencing, and your choice of colors and finishes.
Once everything is set, it’s time to schedule the painting work. Throughout the scheduling process and entirety of the project our team will stay in touch at every step. It’s how we make sure there are no surprises along the way and you have the best possible experience to enjoy.
PROUDLY DELIVER YOUR INCREDIBLE LOOKING PROJECT TO YOUR CLIENTS
When our work is done, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to be sure that you’re happy with the end result and the quality of your finished project.
We’ll also turn over any attic stock materials along with product data and maintenance specifications, and then collect final payment. This is the moment when you check this off your list and make the best of your beautiful, upgraded space.

Basic New Precast Exterior Painting*
$1.50 per sq. ft. of wall ($0.62 per sq. ft. of footprint)
Includes washing the exterior precast, applying one coat of masonry primer followed by one coat of medium texture tinted to finish color.
Also includes one coat of accent color overcoat. The entire system must be applied prior to installation of roof membrane, windows, doors, and concrete.
Average New Precast Exterior Painting*
$1.80 per sq. ft. of wall ($0.75 per sq. ft. of footprint)
Includes washing the exterior precast, applying one coat of masonry primer followed by one coat of medium texture, and applying two coats of acrylic flat finish overcoat to all textured surfaces.
Also includes two coats of one accent color. The entire system must be applied prior to installation of roof membrane, windows, doors, and concrete.
High-End New Precast Exterior Painting*
$2.20 per sq. ft. of wall ($0.95 per sq. ft. of footprint)
Includes washing the exterior precast, solvent wiping all expansion joints, and covering of windows, concrete, doors, and light packs.
Also includes applying one coat of masonry primer to all exposed exterior precast, masking off all expansion joints prior to texture, and applying one coat of medium texture followed by two coats of elastomeric system. We offer a multi-color palette and a 5-year warranty.
