Steve Jr. Tells The Story of UniPro Painting
As the son of a painting contractor, I’ve spent a lot of weekends and summer vacations working with my dad on various painting projects. This is how I became passionate about this trade and I feel extremely fortunate to have had the chance to share that with my father. His wisdom and work ethic have been my inspiration during all these years, and that led to my son picking up the trade and joining us as well.
As a contractor, people trust us with their businesses, desires, and expectations. Therefore, communication is always a top priority as we need to stay accountable and make sure our work brings their vision to life. At the same time, we want people to remember the experience they’ve had with us. That’s why we always conduct ourselves as professionals and make sure to provide them with the high-quality services they deserve.
We have deep respect for the painting profession and believe in doing everything with integrity above all. If you don’t have integrity in business and everything you do in life, then why do it in the first place?
We Find A Way, Figure It Out, And Make It Work
After working in the industry from a very young age, I learned the value of connecting with the customer and solving their problems. As I was exposed to the commercial market, it almost felt like a completely different trade. It seemed like many commercial painting contractors were missing an opportunity to connect with their clients. I saw that there was a better way.
As such, where most interaction with other general contractors and customers was purely transactional, we’ve found that there’s immense value in connecting with you beyond RFI’s, addendums, and bid documents.
By learning what’s important to you and honing in our efforts to listen and act upon it, we can provide you with a better experience, build a relationship for future opportunities, and have a better sense of the value we provide as a contractor. The flip side to this is that in having those conversations, we’re able to determine if we’re a good fit for each other, and, therefore, save us both a lot of time.

CEO
Steve is a dedicated professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry. His main purpose is to lead and develop the business through strategic planning and sustained growth.
His focus is developing relationships, implementation of the company vision and creating a strong company culture.

President
With over 55 years of experience in the industry, Steve Sr. brings an unparalleled level of wisdom and knowledge to the company. His main purpose is to guide and offer support to our management team and oversee larger projects.
His focus is on the professional development of our project managers and field staff.

Billy Spinelli
Vice President
Billy is a natural leader with exceptional communication skills. He brings great energy and drive and is the trigger to implementing our company vision and culture.
His primary focus is sales and estimating, as well as overseeing all production and operations.

Jodi Spinelli
Chief Administrative Officer
With over 25 years as a proven administrative professional, we are extremely fortunate to have Jodi in charge of our office.
She functions as our CFO, HR Manager, and CXO.

Alex Mozina
IT Manager/ Social Media
Alex brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the IT field. He is responsible for all necessary research and support of the various systems necessary to run our company.
In addition to his IT background, Alex also contributes to maintaining brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Mike has been a key member of our team for over 10 years. His attention to detail and his ability to translate and comprehend the wide-ranging styles of bid documents is one of his key strengths.

Michael Williams
Project Manager
Mike is a strong leader. He brings a passion for the industry and handles the daily operations of our projects.
He is in charge of scheduling, attending job meetings, and assuring that the projects are completed safely, to our standards, and within our budget.
